Regina v Jones et al (the Fairford Five)
Dear Friends
just a brief note to let you know that their Lordships’ are proposing to hand down their opinions in the matters of Regina v Jones et al (the Fairford Five) together with those in Regina v Ayliffe (the Greenpeace Marchwood action) at and after 09:45 hrs on Wednesday next 29th March 2006.
A copy of the judgement should be available on the House of Lords website in theory from about midday.
